Casarez BJJ IBJJF Results

Wanted to take some time and give a shout out to all the competitors who went down to Charlotte and competed in the IBJJF Charlotte International Open. We had a total of 6 competitors compete with the following breakdown.

Matt had a tough fight and lost ref’s decision in the opener round but went up a weight class since there was no one in his weight class. He did great in his match fighting a much bigger opponent.

Also proud to be part of Team Alliance representing Lucas Lepri HQ in Charlotte. As a team, we won our third IBJJF Charlotte Open Championship. Huge win for us and Head Professor Lucas Lepri.

When a competitor steps out on the mat, they are bringing all the students with them, and it is an  honor to always have any of the Casarez BJJ students out there testing their skill set.
