Location: 253 Grande Heights Dr. Cary, NC

Your child will be required to wear a Gi for camp. You are welcome to purchase a Gi or, if you do not own a Gi, we offer Gi’s for rent for $50. Please include this option at the end of the form if you need to rent a Gi.

Please select the button for the week you would like to reserve. Families are welcome to reserve one or both weeks.

If you are signing up more than one child, you will need to fill out this form again for each additional child.
