At Team Casarez, we offer No Gi classes for self defense, competition Jiu Jitsu, andwrestling. All No Gi classes are open to beginner, intermediate, and advanced grapplers.
Why Train No Gi?
Self Defense: No Gi training allows students to practice without the Gi, which offers a much better representation of a real fight. The grips that are available in the Gi will not always be available in everyday life.
Cardio: Although you develop cardio in the Gi as well, No Gi training is more explosive and fast paced. The highly intensive cardiovascular workout will help improve your overall endurance and stamina.
