Summer Camp Registration

For all other registrations, please fill out the following form and payment.

Location: 253 Grande Heights Dr. Cary, NC

Your child will be required to wear a Gi for camp. You are welcome to purchase a Gi or, if you do not own a Gi, we offer Gi’s for rent for $50. Please include this option at the end of the form if you need to rent a Gi.

Extended Care is available to parents until 6pm for $100. Please include this option at the end of the form to include it in the total.

If you are signing up more than one child, you will need to fill out this form again for each additional child.
